This free app will help you pay off your student loan debt
If you have student loan debt, or a mortgage, you have to take a look at this free trivia game app called Givling. It’s premise is to crowdsource funds from advertisers and trivia players to collect enough money to award users tens of thousands of dollars so they can pay off their loans. More details below.
The world is such an amazing place. We live in a time where modern medicine keeps us from getting smallpox, almost anything imaginable can be delivered to you door at the click of a button, and the miracle of crowdfunding exists.
We can all relatively easily decide to give a small amount to a cause, and those amounts can grow into something that actually makes a real difference because so many of us are connected nowadays. All it takes is the coordination that is available to millions online. Givling is one that provides that coordination.
What Is Givling?
Givling is a free smartphone app available for both Android and Apple devices. Once you create an account you can then play a trivia game where each trivia question is either true or false. You earn points for getting questions right, and if you get three questions wrong, you’re out.
You have two other people on your “team” as well. Everyone’s points add together and your “team score” ranks you on the scoreboard against all the other teams.
At the end of the week, the team that scored the most points gets to split a cash award. You can play up to two free games a day, and if you want to play more you can buy a coin for $0.50 to play another round.
This money, along with that of sponsors, helps fund the loan payoffs. So you get to play trivia and a chance to win cash, and people with loans get them paid off!

Use the Queue For Your Debt Payoff
There is always a current loan being funded, and you can get it to be yours by rising to the top of the queue, which you do by collecting queue points. Separate from the points you earn in the trivia games, you have your own bank of points called queue points that you collect in various ways.
You can watch ads, play the trivia game, invite others to sign up, or participate in sponsored deals. Points are also awarded as bonuses when certain milestones are collectively reached in funding the current loan.
There are actually four queues- crowdfunded $50k, partners $50k, free $50k, and free $10k. You’re in all of them and different activities earn points that count towards different queue.
It’s set up this way so those who have some money to spend can’t just all buy their way to the top. The more queue points you have the higher you rank in the line of people waiting to get their loans paid off. Take a look at this chart for more info:
A big focus of Givling is to pay down student debt. It’s a worthy cause, because that is quickly becoming a crisis. So many struggle with mountains of student loan debt that can be impossible to pay off and also hurts our economy.
But even if you aren’t one of the 44 million Americans with student loan debt, you can still use the money to pay down a mortgage or put into an approved investment fund. That’s what makes this organization so amazing, it can help everyone!
Is Givling Worth A Try?
So while it may not be a multi-million dollar lotto, with patience and perseverance, it could legitimately give you tens of thousands of dollars. Crowdfund each loan faster when more people sign up and play. So, a win-win in exchange for a few minutes a day of free trivia? Yep, I’ll take those odds!
